What is on your bucket list?
Often, we think that we would like to do this or that? Have you ever made a list of the activities or accomplishment that you want to do before you ‘kick the bucket’?
Making a bucket list is a fun exercise because it involves thinking about things that are outside of your day to day life. It can also be a mood lifter because you will also think about the important things you had already done when you were younger. This can give you a sense of accomplishment and happiness as you revisit those memories.
